- International Scope: While local applications are open across Liberia, GPFA also accepts international undergraduate applications from five specific African nations: Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Tanzania, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

1. Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Students
- Academic Threshold: Official high school transcript and diploma showing a cumulative average of 80% or above
- Exam Metrics: WAEC/WASSCE Certificate with clear passes in at least 5 subjects (including mandatory passes in Mathematics and English).
- Institutional Proof: Valid Admission Letter from your preferred TVET institution.
- Recommendations: Two letters of recommendation (one from your school; one from a community or religious leader).
- Essays: Completed motivational essay packet.
- Academic Threshold: Official high school transcript and diploma showing a cumulative average of 85% or above.
- Exam Metrics: WAEC/WASSCE Certificate with clear passes in at least 5 subjects (including mandatory passes in Mathematics and English).
- Institutional Proof: Valid Admission Letter from your preferred undergraduate university.
- Recommendations: Two letters of recommendation (one from your school; one from a community or religious leader).

- Academic Threshold: Official previous semester university grade-sheet demonstrating an active, high-level GPA:
- Minimum 3.50 GPA on a standard 4.0 scale.
- Minimum 4.375 GPA on a standard 5.0 scale.
- Historical Credentials: Official high school transcript and diploma.
- Recommendations: Two letters of recommendation (one from your University Head of Department; one from a community or religious leader).
- Essays: Completed motivational essay packet.
The essay section is a core evaluation point. Your written application will be assessed based on your adherence to the following four structural word limits
- Purpose: Why are you applying for this scholarship? (Maximum 200 words)
- Obstacles: What specific challenges, issues, or socio-economic obstacles have you faced in continuing your studies? (Maximum 100 words)
- Program Interest: Why are you interested in your chosen academic major or program? (Maximum 150 words)
- Suitability: What relevant qualifications, traits, and experiences make you a suitable candidate for this course? (Maximum 150 words)
All supporting materials must be scanned and uploaded cleanly in PDF format, with the sole exception of your passport photo:
- Passport Photo: Must be standard passport size ($2\times2$ inches) uploaded in .JPEG, .JPG, or .PNG format.
- Official High School Transcript & High School Diploma.
