Academic & Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for and maintain the Government of Liberia scholarship, candidates must meet the following performance standards:

  • Current University Students: Must maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on the most recent grade sheet or official transcript.
  • Freshman / High School Graduates: Must have maintained a minimum 80% average in high school and passed at least five (5) subjects in the WASSCE, including Mathematics and English

  • Formal Application Letter addressed to the Ministry of Education / CEO Office.
  • Official University Admission Letter (or enrollment confirmation).
  • Copy of National Identification Document (Valid Passport or NIR Card).
  • For Continuing Students: Copy of the most recent semester grade sheet or official transcript (reflecting a minimum GPA of 3.0).
  • For Freshman Applicants: Official High School Transcript and WASSCE Certificate/Results.
