Job Description

• Promote and sell company real estate projects to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and agents.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and client follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and strategies.
• Track leads and sales activities through CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc (Bachelor’s) Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in real estate or direct sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
• Strong negotiation & customer relationship skills.
