Core Duties & Technical Scope
The selected technician will be responsible for deploying and maintaining sustainable energy assets.    Key responsibilities include:

• Asset Maintenance: Conducting routine servicing and preventative care on solar panels, battery banks, inverters, and charge controllers.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnosing, testing, and resolving complex faults or performance drops in active solar equipment to minimize downtime for clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Certifications

• Applicants are expected to possess at least one of the following academic or vocational credentials:
• A formal Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Energy Technology, or a closely related engineering discipline.

Experience & Verifiable Track Record

• Professional Longevity: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of active, hands-on field experience working directly with modern solar technologies.
