This position offers a strong platform to drive Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programming, build institutional capacity among local healthcare networks, and lead data management practices across the country.

1. Technical Leadership & Field Implementation
- Lead the direct execution of family planning and reproductive health initiatives through specialized field teams and local implementation partners.
- Provide technical support, product knowledge, and strategic capacity building to internal sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure comprehensive clinical quality assurance and continuous professional mentorship across target clinics and health outposts.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate structured training modules for local healthcare providers, pharmaceutical dispensers, staff, and partners. Training focuses include:
- Modern Family Planning methodologies.
- Clinical Post-Abortion Care.
- Healthcare Quality Assurance and standard operating procedures.
- Reproductive health product knowledge and distribution criteria.
- Oversee and audit family planning service uptake metrics.
- Direct data management operations, ensuring complete, valid, and time-compliant data capture through the national DHIS2 (District Health Information Software) platform.
Academic Background
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery or Nursing from a recognized, accredited institution.
- Added Advantage: Possession of a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration, or a relevant advanced professional certification is highly encouraged.
- A minimum of four (4) years of active, relevant professional experience directly handling:
- Family Planning implementation.
- Specialized Reproductive Health programs.
- Non-profit or development sector project management frameworks.
- Proven proficiency in health program design, implementation tracking, and logframe metrics.
- Direct mastery of Family Planning and Comprehensive Abortion Care clinical techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with DHIS2 or equivalent health information and database systems.
- Deep operational understanding of Liberia's national healthcare architecture and county-level dynamics.
- Flawless communication skills in English and full proficiency in Koloqua.
