Are you a highly disciplined, safety-conscious commercial driver or fleet operator who takes pride in vehicle upkeep and flawless operational accountability? A major professional opportunity is open! OurRide Incorporated, a fast-growing, tech-driven transportation logistics company, is currently recruiting qualified professionals to fill vacancies for the position of Driver.
Operating under the corporate mandate "ON TIME, EVERYTIME, FOR EVERYONE," OurRide Inc. relies on its driving team to deliver premium, safe, and reliable transport transits. This position is a critical component of the fleet's ground operations, requiring absolute personal integrity, exceptional road safety standards, and strict compliance with digital revenue tracking.
- Job Title: Professional Fleet Driver
- Hiring Institution: OurRide Incorporated
- Job Location: Head Office located at Col. LA Musu Compound, Barclay Avenue, 16th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Tier: 2+ Years of Core Commercial or App-Based Driving
To secure rapid expansion and eliminate revenue leakage, OurRide Inc. enforces an uncompromising Three-Tier Separation Policy. Drivers work in close coordination with this structural shield to ensure absolute transparent operations:
- The Dispatcher: Captures live digital trip data logs.
- The Operations Manager: Controls physical vehicle and fleet deployment
- The Accountant: Independently audits all data and locks down corporate funds.
The main goal of this job is to safely execute commercial and corporate transport transits, protect physical company vehicles from damage or neglect, and completely eliminate operational cash leakage by adhering strictly to real-time digital app logs and exact 24-hour revenue close-out schedules. Core duties include:
- Zero-Leakage Revenue Protection: Eliminate all off-app or unlogged trips. Ensure every transit is officially routed through the dispatcher, and accurately record vehicle mileage at the start and stop of every shift.
- Rigorous Vehicle Care: Execute mandatory daily inspections of fluid levels (oil, water), brakes, and tires. Keep the assigned vehicle perfectly washed, immaculate, and clean inside and out at all times.
- Safe Driving & Brand Representation: Obey all Liberian traffic laws, prioritize passenger safety under all conditions, and wear the assigned corporate company uniform proudly while on duty.
- Compliance & Paperwork Management: Cross-verify that the assigned vehicle always contains valid insurance coverage, active registration, and correct regulatory road stickers before leaving the compound.
- Rapid Incident Reporting: Provide immediate phone updates to the dispatcher regarding mechanical trouble, heavy traffic bottlenecks, or roadside accidents.
Education & Background
- Academic Criteria: Must possess a High School Diploma, WAEC/WASSCE Certificate, or standard vocational-technical training in automotive mechanics or transport logistics.
- Professional Longevity: A minimum of two (2) years of active experience operating commercial transit routes, ride-hailing app networks, or corporate fleet lines within Monrovia.
- Geographic Expertise: Elite, localized knowledge of Monrovia's road navigation systems, shortcuts, and safety management standards.
- Self-Discipline & Focus: An independent, self-motivated personality capable of managing challenging traffic conditions while maintaining personal accountability and strict vehicle safety protocols.
- Asset Optimization Awareness: A strong understanding of how careful vehicle maintenance, fuel economy, and exact trip logging directly shield the company from financial losses.
- Transit Execution: High capacity for tracking daily trip metrics, optimizing localized transit routes, and executing assigned dispatches under dynamic conditions.
To clear the compliance review, your digital or physical application envelope must include:
- A detailed Cover Letter highlighting your accident-free driving history.
- An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) explicitly showing three (3) professional references.
