Who Can Apply? Eligibility & Vetting Criteria
To qualify for the screening pool, student applicants must strictly satisfy all the following criteria:

• Academic Standing: Must be a current 12th-grade student, college student, or university undergraduate.
• Age Bracket: Open to young Liberians between the ages of 17 and 35 years.
• Geographic Proximity: Must be a verified resident of Nimba County, Bong County, or Grand Bassa County.
• Community Priority: Candidates residing within AML fence-line communities (areas immediately bordering the company's mining, rail, or port operations) will receive top priority during selection.
• Core Competencies: Highly motivated with strong interpersonal/people skills; innovative, creative, and responsible; and absolutely respectful of industrial health and safety rules.

Required Application Package Checklist
Interested students must compile and present a complete envelope or digital file containing the following four documents:

• Letter of Interest: A formal cover letter stating why you want to join the program and your community background.
• Letter of Attestation: An official clearance or validation letter from your current high school, college, or university administration.
• Academic Record: A copy of your most recent high school report card or official university transcript.
• Photographs: Two (2) recent passport-sized photos for identification and badging.
