Core Portfolios & Bartending Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage front-of-house beverage services and customer care:

• Beverage Preparation & Mixology: Mix, prepare, and serve drinks, cocktails, and refreshments accurately according to customer preferences and house menus.
• Customer Service Excellence: Welcome patrons warmly, take drink and food orders efficiently, and maintain a friendly, respectful atmosphere at the bar.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor bar stock levels, report low inventory, handle bottled beverages safely, and keep drink stations fully organized.
• Cash Handling & Point-of-Sale: Calculate beverage totals, collect cash or mobile payments accurately, issue change, and reconcile bar tabs at the end of shifts.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain strict cleanliness standards across the counter, glasses, bar tools, and customer seating areas at all times.
