Secureffice, a modern workplace operations platform launching commercially in Liberia, is recruiting a dedicated, versatile, and tech-savvy Customer Success & Field Support Specialist to join its growing team in Monrovia. Secureffice modernizes facility management by replacing paper logbooks, contractor spreadsheets, and manual payouts with a single digital system covering visitor check-in, time and attendance, approval workflows (FlowDesk), internal requests (iNeed Service), asset tracking, and mobile-money payouts (iPayment).

This dual-function role combines technical field installations, end-user training, and ongoing customer success management to ensure seamless platform adoption across NGOs, banks, mining companies, hotels, and government institutions.

  • Compensation: USD $300/month + performance bonus + transport, airtime, and data allowances

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & User Training: Configure customer accounts, sites, badge templates, and modules; train receptionists, security, and department staff using standard 60-minute training decks; produce user guides; and ensure full go-live within 14 days of contract signing.
  • Field Installation & Hardware Support: Install and commission hardware kiosks, badge printers, tablets, signage screens, UPS backup units, and 4G routers; maintain an accurate asset register; and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support via phone, WhatsApp, and email; respond within 4 business hours; perform remote and on-site troubleshooting; and escalate complex software bugs to the Platform Engineer.
  • Customer Success & Account Growth: Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day usage check-ins; gather product feedback; identify opportunities for module expansion; and assist with account renewals and testimonials.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing IT support, field engineering, or technical installations.
  • Technical Competencies: Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills (routers, Wi-Fi, tablets, printers); comfort operating web applications; and familiarity with UPS/surge protection.
  • Soft Skills: Clear, patient communicator and trainer in English; calm under pressure; well-organized; and valid driver's license or reliable transport across Greater Monrovia.
  • Experience with POS systems, CCTV, access control, ISP installations, or digital kiosks.
  • Prior experience interfacing with banks, concessions, NGOs, or hospitality businesses.
  • Familiarity with mobile money services (MTN MoMo or Orange Money).
  • Basic Linux knowledge, scripting skills, or experience writing user guides.
