eporting to the Head of Strategic Planning-Operations, the Lead will oversee the design, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of Firestone's enterprise ICT infrastructure and operational technology environment across all administrative offices, processing factories, engineering units, fleet operations, and field locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud Administration: Lead the planning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services (Microsoft 365/Azure), and end-user systems.
• Team Supervision: Supervise Network Technicians and Assistant Network Technicians, driving team performance and professional development.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish and enforce technical standards, cybersecurity controls, service management processes, asset inventories, and audit compliance.
• Operational Technology Integration: Support industrial and operational connectivity, including fleet telematics, CCTV, access control, VoIP, and industrial network integrations.
• Project & Vendor Management: Manage ICT infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, technology budgets, and service contracts.
• Disaster Recovery & Continuity: Ensure proactive network monitoring, rapid incident response, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity across multi-site environments.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in ICT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and technical operations.
• Leadership: At least 3 years’ supervisory/leadership experience managing technical teams or multi-site ICT services.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in enterprise networking, Microsoft 365/Azure, cybersecurity, virtualization, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL, or Fortinet.
• Hands-on experience with industrial networks, fleet telematics, CCTV, access control, VoIP, and ERP/business applications.
• Demonstrated leadership, vendor management, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
