Key Responsibilities

• Ward Supervision & Patient Care: Supervise and support nursing staff within assigned wards/units; conduct patient assessments; administer medications; participate in ward rounds; and ensure strict adherence to healthcare quality standards.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize care plans.
• System Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, prepare required ward reports, and ensure full compliance of the nursing team with Hospital Information System (HIS) SOPs and policies.
• Resource & Inventory Management: Manage ward resources, medical equipment, and supplies inventory efficiently.
• Safety & EHS Standards: Respond to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues within the department while enforcing hospital safety policies and clinical protocols.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Licensure: Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Clinical Experience: 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in a recognized hospital setting.
• Core Technical Skills: Strong skills in patient assessment, medication management, and IV placement.
• Competencies: Computer literacy, strong communication, supervisory leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
