Core Responsibilities

• Point of Sale Management: Process daily customer payments, compute bills, handle cash/digital transactions, and issue sales receipts using POS equipment.
• Customer Care: Greet customers warmly, address inquiries politely, and deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise daily transaction logs, perform cash reconciliation, and balance cash drawers at shift close.
• Stock & Retail Support: Assist with wellness product display, price tag updates, and general front-desk organization.

Applicant Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical & Math Skills: Basic computer literacy, Point of Sale (POS) operation knowledge, and strong numerical aptitude.
• Personal Attributes: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, high attention to detail, and customer focus.
• Experience: Previous cashiering, retail sales, or customer service experience is considered an added advantage.
